Our Team Member Nur İstanbul Has Been Awarded a Scholarship for Doctoral Studies Abroad Through the YLSY Program!
We are pleased to share the words of Nur İstanbul from our Reconnect team regarding her new academic journey, which she will embark on with the YLSY scholarship:
"I am delighted to share that I have been awarded the Ministry of National Education’s YLSY scholarship, granting me the opportunity to pursue a doctoral degree abroad in the field of addiction studies.
The research I conducted within the Reconnect research group on intimate partner violence has contributed significantly not only to my academic development but also to my research perspective and scientific curiosity. I owe heartfelt thanks to my thesis advisor, Dr. Nermin Taşkale, whose support and guidance have been invaluable at every step of this journey, as well as to the entire Reconnect team, with whom I have greatly enjoyed working.
I hope that the knowledge and experience I gain through this scholarship will meaningfully contribute both to my own professional growth and to the academic and clinical environments I will take part in in the future."
